Both Alcoholic and Lactic acid fermentation don't require oxygen to work. On the other hand, Lactic acid carries oxygen to the lungs, but only when oxygen decreases or lowers. Both acids break down sugars like glucose, to convert them into energy molecules. Since both acids don't require oxygen to work, the fermentation is then a metabolic process taking it's place instead of oxygen. Alcoholic fermentation is a long process to produce energy, while Lactic fermentation is a quicker process.

When’d king this, you add detail to what you would be saying as if spoken to a person. It was being described and written down for data about the day.
