         <title>The &quot;enabling hiring&quot; speaks to me as this has been something I&#39;ve personally used to ground myself each year when there are times  hiring managers need me to do something versus build their capabilities - and it causes tension at times in how I choose to spend my time. I like the language and clarity here. </title>
