In the video it's mentioned the "education jergon" and "be honest when reporting about ss performance", what I'd really like to work on would be a combination of those two aspects. I want to learn about the language I could use when I report the parent his/her child's performance is not good enough to pass the level.

The slides include my personal information, the agenda, methodology, the skills that we evaluate, the important dates, information about tutoring and the reminders. I've noticed that the parents appreciate having a visual support while I give the information.
I share with you all, the one I used in the first parent's meeting.

Karol Tovar

This sounds very useful in helping you be prepared at the moment of meeting parents for the first time. Just as you can have good experiences and interactions when meeting them, you can also have not so pleasant surprises with the character of some parents, with the way they treat their children and with other types of particularities. So if you can be a little more prepared about it, that would be great.

Laura Michel Rubio Cruz

It worked very well. I've been able to feel that parents are excited to hear the way, even the slightest, in which they could help their children learn English in a more personal, or closer way. The fact that parents are more involved is something that not only the teacher appreciates, but also parents themselves.
Laura Michel Rubio Cruz
