Ryan was damaging his body through the excessive use of alcohol. Ryan's internal organs were getting poisoned and were slowly shutting down. As he was drinking very heavily his body was unable to repair itself, to the extent of a small cuting a long time to heal. This left Ryan with a poor physical well-being and there was nothing he could do as the withdrawal symptoms were extremely worse. 

Ryan was in pain everyday. This effected him mental and emotional well-being as he turned to alcohol to stimulate his pain and escape his issues. Ryan used alcohol as a coping method on a daily basis. When Ryan's father passed away, Ryan was very upset sparking his alcoholism. 

As Ryan's addiction caused his family to have to look after him 24/7. This had a major effecton  them because he became liability. Effecting his social well being. 

Ryan's spiritual wellbeing was being effected because alcohol became a priority and he relied on it daily. This led him to not being able to complete future life goals. His main want in life was to have a bottle of vodka in his hand.
