         <description><![CDATA[<div>Stress is a common social phenomenon that everyone regardless of age experiences in their life time.<br><br>The best strategy is the one that works best with your personality type.<br><br>It may include simple changes made to your lifestyle for example waking up early and completing a gratitude journal/planning out your day/performing simple stretches/yoga/or 3 - 5 minutes of meditating<br><br>Social support is important as well. Talk to someone, get the pressure out and get in some inputs. Vlogging or blogging could be a great way. Play with your creative side.&nbsp;<br><br>Spending time with your pets or watching your favorite sitcom/cartoon shows.<br><br>If budget permit, go for a vacation or stroll by the beach or watch movies</div>]]></description>
