Just like the US, my society will still have restrictions on what you can do. Bullying would be illegal. It is intolerable in my eyes. I don't mean joking with friends and messing with them; I mean causing someone harm with the purpose of making them feel down. Everyone would have a free device that will automatically call 911 after the press of a button if they feel they are in danger. The device's purpose is to stop crime and for everyone to have access to emergency services (just in case you didn't have a cellphone.) If the device isn't used properly, then the user should expect that the device will be taken from them. Firearms in my society can only be purchased after a background check of the customer and a sanity check. Every child should get educated and college will be more affordable/accessible. There would be no homeless people in my society because if one has trouble affording a home, then I would allow them to work to pay for a home. (They wouldn't work forever; they would work until they worked enough to "pay" for their home.)
