<title>According to DR. Paul Pimsleur’s method. It is likely to learn a second language 30 minutes per day during 10 days, through audio-recordings, you can learn anytime, anywhere, for all ages, above all adults. As a result, learning will be different from school teaching, because the process consists of using a speaking-based method.</title>

<title>As we have seen in the video, it could be possible but just in a basic level, for daily situations and everyday life.</title>

<title>In terms of age factor, it is commonly believed that the younger you are, the better you learn. However, this factor is not the main one to that you have to consider, since according to Bista, ‘’ there is no linear pattern of learning among the same age group of learners’’. In other words, each student has different intellectual capacity and ways of learning a second language, even so each of us are born with an innate ability to learn a language; as long as these people don’t have any disability, such as being deaf.</title>

<title>It is also essential to be in an input situation (for instance listening to a language and reading it), and so students will be capable of producing output. In fact, children are able to select patterns of a language from the adult that surround them and then they make an attempt to create utterances, imitating the adults (Ingran 1989:58).</title>

<title>Apart from that, the social-cultural aspects of a language are also very important. This is due to the cultural perspectives, languages, family circumstances, values and mores that they bring to the classrooms. For instance, a German student will learn English faster than a Spanish one, because of the fact that they have the same origin that is there are Germanys languages.</title>

<title>Moreover, motivation is also crucial factor for learning a language. In that way, students will enjoy the process of acquiring a language and it will be easier to obtain the basic knowledge and other skills.</title>

<title>With this method the interaction hypothesis (the development of a language promoted by face-to-face interaction and communication) is not very applied, because the aforementioned process only consists of audio-based learning.</title>

<title>On the other hand, the noticing hypothesis is not developed enough owing to the fact that learners will not listen to segments, but entire conversations.</title>

<title>To sum up, as previously exposed, this innovate technique is suitable but at a basic level. If you want to learn a language at a more advanced level you will need more time and a wide range of efficient methods. On the contrary, several factors such as motivation, age, social-cultural atmosphere, innatism, input and output take part in this method but to some extent. It means that not only children tend to learn faster and easier, that adults and cognate languages will be easier to learn but it doesn’t mean that speakers from different languages that are not cognate won’t learn other languages.</title>
