As a second profession, being a pilot is an individual, I believe that one must be very prepared, especially because they are responsible for many human lives, they are in charge of checking the plane's controls before starting the flight, maintaining communication with the control tower, staying alert in case of any unforeseen events and knowing what decision to make.
