Question: Does technology have the authority to decide and put number on human behaviour? Can we use this data to deem someone as a criminal?
Investigation: 
-Look at present examples that has the notion of predicting crime.
-Research the motivation of the creation of these softwares and how they are created--is there bias, does calculations and algorithms have bias and flaws? Who is responsible for the flaws?
-Look at a bigger picture: How will this change our society on judging criminal, specifically how we approach preventing crimes, and will it change our judicial system.
