On most days I enjoy wearing t-shirts and leggings. Granted, a lot of what I wear is decided based on how much time I have to get ready in the morning. Usually I have about 15 minutes to get up and get out the door, so anything simple and comfortable is what I would reach for. I own predominantly black and white clothing, stripes, earthy tones and blue. However, I have been described as having a summer time look when I do decide to “dress up”. Those outfits have pinks and yellows. There isn't a specific word I could use to describe my “style” because I have so many different types of “styles” that I like wearing. It honestly all depends on my mood and how much effort i'm willing to put in. I like to stay relatively unnoticed and blend into crowds because that’s what I am most comfortable with. My mom also grew up poor so from a young age I was always told to save my money and to never spend too much of it on unnecessary items.I think the clothing I have chosen for myself now could be considered modest yet playful. Like many other people, I don’t have the best relationship with my body or viewing myself in a positive light. I constantly feel inadequate and i'm overly critical of how I look. All throughout middle school and high school I would wear baggy clothes to hide my body and dark colors to not draw attention to myself.
