Listening to music is great tool I use, anytime I get the chance to listen to music I do. Depending on what genre of music your istening to it causes your brain to produce chemicals like dopamine and serotonin which can help your mental health. Because music can make you feel, happy or calm and reduce stress levels and improve your mood. So I would say is one of my favourite personal tool/strategy.

Eating healthy is another personal strategy I try to use the most but can't always do as my parents cook for me and occasional will go out for dinner. But eating healthy can boost your mood and make you feel better and reduce stress levels. Food has a big impact on our mental health, so if you have a poor diet you won't be in the best mood. This isn't always the case but there's lots of evidence and support around this idea.
