         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li><p>In reference to the spine, the athlete's head should be kept in a neutral position, slightly extended.</p></li><li><p>The lateral malleolus' vertical plane shouldn't be crossed by the medial aspect of the knee.</p></li><li><p>Because they have a smaller surface area and base of support when their heels are elevated off the ground, athletes may find it more difficult to execute a controlled and balanced squat.</p></li><li><p>Reaching the proper depth when squatting is essential to getting the most out of the exercise. The gluteus muscular complex and hamstrings may not be sufficiently challenged if one does not squat to the appropriate depth.</p></li></ol>]]></description>
