         <description><![CDATA[<div>The best Model for Education Today .... Dick and Carey Design Model .  <br><br>This model helps to figure out what to teach and how to teach it. All ten steps are connected, and some influence others indirectly while they may influence others directly.<br><br>1st: To figure out the instructional goals. This means that what our students are able to, or will be able to, identify what it is the students need to learn.<br><br>2nd: Determining the skills that our students will need to learn what we plan to teach them. <br><br>3rd: To assess which skills the students have out of those what we  previously determined are needed for this lesson. <br><br>4th: To figure out specific goals and objectives for the lesson. equivalent to SWBAT – or Student Will Be Able To: .<br><br>5th: Create a test (consistent with the performance objectives) that will reflect what we're hoping to teach the students.<br><br>6th: We are able to outline our lesson plan. This means that we will be able to demonstrate what we want them to learn, add activities, and decide how each segment will be done. If we wish to have group activities, now is the time to decide when and what materials will be covered by the activity.<br><br>7th: We need to ready for the lesson. If we’re giving a test, make sure, have all the tests printed and ready to go.<br><br>8th: We have to evaluate how the lesson went well.<br><br>9th: Revise, either the teaching went well or not. We choose this model as it suits our students' background. We can cooperate the use of technology into the lesson to cater the young generation learning styles. Students can build their knowledge and beyond the textbook content. The overview of the model is structured to the lesson (lesson plan).<br><br>Challenges:<br>1. important to plan ahead of time just how you’re going to use them.<br>2. Control the classroom/ lesson<br>3. Too much of information<br>4. Time consuming<br>5. Fun or facts (knowledge)?<br>6.          <description><![CDATA[<div><br>This needs analysis is going to assist schools and teachers to design their lessons according to children's conditions at home during MCO.<br><br>The ISD design is going to use ADDIE Model to enable teachers to check the process at each stage and check and edit the process any time. <br><br><strong>The audiences are Special needs children and their parents </strong><br><br>Data will be collected by sending individual questionnaires to parents’ email using survey monkey platform. <br><br><strong>Data Analysis: <br></strong><br><strong>Stage 1:</strong> The data need to be analyzed and evaluated individually by teachers according to each child’s need and ability at home. <br><strong>Stage 2: </strong>Having online meeting with parents to evaluate children ability.<br><strong>Stage 3:</strong> Combining data results to design the lessons. <br><br>*  Online classes will use Zoom meeting platform.<br><br><strong>Goal:</strong><br>This will able teachers to create basic lessons to help children understand the concept of online classes and be able to sit still and learn through online. This might be a bit difficult for both children and parents however, by time children will get used to it. <br><br>The individual lesson structure can be designed by PowerPoint and can also be sent to parents to give them an idea of how the online process going to work.</div>]]></description>

This is a need analysis for how a revision program can be done online.<br><br></div><div>Before they went back home (before MCO), I asked them to bring an IRP notes and set of revision questions.<br><br></div><div> <br><br></div><div>So the <strong>goal</strong> is to ensure the students can complete their set of revision questions and join for several hours of online classes for discussion of the answer.<br><br></div><div>I have WhatsApp group and Google Classroom with my students.<br><br>I use <strong>IDI Design Model</strong> for need analysis (audience, condition and relevant resources).<br><br></div><div>I make online survey through <strong>Google Form</strong> to get information on<br><br></div><div>-          The access of internet connection.</div><div>-          Whether they depend on hand phone or laptop</div><div>-          They bring the notes and questions</div><div>-          The convenient time for online classes to be done<br><br></div><div>The data will be analysed to choose suitable platform to be used.<br><br></div><div>As they already have the questions, they can answer it and post the answer through Google Form and check their answer through it. Specific due date will be given from time to time for all sets of questions.<br><br></div><div>For subjective questions, they have to upload in GC and online Classroom will be made once they completed the revision questions via <strong>Google Meet</strong>. <br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>First of all, I would like to thanks everyone and Dr. Datin for this opportunity to spend time in the ISD class. It was a new experience for me cos I had not much academic knowledge in this field and all I wanted to learn new methods to educate myself. <br><br>My objective was to improve my knowledge and understanding to be able to develop effective and suitable instructional models in helping children with special needs and educate parents on how to accept and deal with their kid's difficulties. <br><br>I learn several methods on how to develop a model and I am so excited about the design of my final project because that is my main goal. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>During this class I have learned about analyzing,  proposing and evaluating appropriate instructional system designs, concepts and components. But one of the best approaches for me is  to design instructions is the ADDIE approach. The ADDIE, an abbreviation of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation,</div><div>It includes development of instructional materials and activities and try out and evaluation of all instruction and learner activities.</div><div><br></div><div>I also learned about analyzing learner and context, performance objectives, assessment instruments, instructional strategy and materials including evaluation.</div><div><br></div><div>Hopefully, I can  apply the knowledge gained from this class in my classroom instruction, an e-learning course, or an on-demand performance support solution  to ensure the quality of instruction during my teaching and learning process.</div><div><br></div><div>Thanks to all friends for new experiences and helping me in this course and especially thanks to Dr. for guiding me to improve my understanding towards the instructional system design. </div><div><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>During this class I've learn how to analyze the learner before we proceed with the development because through the analysis we can identify the problem and objective.<br><br>Through the learner analysis I've learned that everyone has different cognitive skills. For example, my niece try to hide by putting a paper bag over his head, while his lower body been exposed to the seeker. Then, I realised that everyone have different cognitive skills.<br><br>At the end of our class I prefer to use ADDIE model(Iterative version) because it's like our life, we don't always go straight. When something's wrong we went back and recall what we've been through and find the problem for a better solution.<br><br>Thanks to all my classmates this experience. I learned a lot through them, because everyone in this class have different background that awe me with their point of view. and not to be forgotten Datin for the sharing knowledge on this class.<br><br></div>]]></description>
