         <description><![CDATA[<div>Reading this article brought me back approximately 20 years ago when I was living in Los Angeles and traveling the freeways during wildfires and Santa Ana Winds.&nbsp; Seeing the fire literally seem to hop across the freeways while driving to work was terrifying and fascinating all at one time.<br><br>I learned about Diablo Winds which come out of North California.&nbsp; I don't remember those when I lived in L.A.&nbsp; I found it very informative. The charts were very helpful as well.<br><br>I would like to learn more about how firefighters put out these types of fires.  </div>]]></description>
