Sometimes starting with some individual work that you don't share initially is a great starting point.

Then sharing with just a trusted colleague first before sharing with your team can be the best approach. We made some individual reflection journals and gave them some different prompts to start the process.

I work remotely but part of a larger corporation, this means it is rare to share ideas and discuss critical reflection. We try to meet at least once a year as a team, to share ideas and find ways to improve our delivery of programs. This Module has shown me the benefits of questioning why we do what we do. How seeking and listening to children and families and make opportunities for feedback and suggestions, can improve and more accurately reflect what is wanted and needed.

We collaborate as a team to improve process as we go. I share storytime with a colleague and we often discuss songs that are or are not working, the order of events, what we can add or remove to make things flow better. I had never thought of this as critical reflection, but I now realise this is exactly what it is!
