         <description><![CDATA[<div>I would like to have a good, strong heart, because (maybe I am just a minor hypochondriac) I have had a few health scares in the past, have chronic chest pain, and a heart flutter when I was a baby. I also like the clarity and peace of mind exercise gives you, as well as confidence.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I am not very conscious of hereditary risks.&nbsp;<br>My habits are not great. I have a huge sweet tooth. I do not eat very well. I try to stay hydrated but it's a work in progress. I also consume a lot of energy drinks, which is not very good. I don't sleep very much. I don't exercise much, or at least not vigorously and definitely not during the winter.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Having a purpose for doing it can help. Finding an activity you really like is also important, as then it is less like work and more like leisure and fun. No one  wants to come home at the end of the day or get up early to do extra work, so if you enjoy it, it's that much better for you.</div>]]></description>
