This song has an intimate acoustic guitar which to me reminds me of Julia's introvert aspect and her desire to be alone/to get away from her parents. But the song has complex and heavy drums/guitar over top that relate to her complex feelings of anger/sadness. I chose this song because it includes lyrics that I think relate to Julia, and how she thought back on moments in Olgas life. I choose this song because I think the song lyric "Nothing I do is ever good enough" directly relates to the way Julia has felt and how she's feeling even more now since Olga passed away. Or another way I interpreted it is the relationship with her mother and how she gets critics because she doesn't know how to cook or meet her parents idea of perfection. The song can design for her and Olga because mariposa traicionera means treacherous butterfly. He describes a girl going through a journey and conforming against all odds. Julia can relate to this and apply it in several ways. This song would probably play during a time where Julia is sad probably during an after-party scene in chapters 7/8 where she feels out of place. I think this song would fit nicely on page 97.
