Seeking help at a rural health center, they discovered Norhata had severe acute malnutrition (SAM), a grave issue in the region due to its remoteness and poverty. Normina's family lives in a remote area, and her children had never received vaccinations or health check-ups. Norhata and her twin sister were underweight and only receiving sugared water, which highlighted the pressing need for improved nutrition services in the area.

This will serve as an evidence for our research topic.
