It is collectivist and deeply nationalistic. The “duty of sacrifice” doesn’t have one recipient like the communist state. Instead there is a list of recipients starting from family and covering all the way up to the boss.

The boss is everything in the totalitarian sense. He can be the omnipotent and the naïve school kid simultaneously. His persona is the embodiment of all.

Despite the fact that it is a communist country, it is one of the world’s largest economies. In 2004, the country’s constitution was modified to recognize private property, which was one of the major aspects of Communism. People in communist countries are kept in the dark about what is going on in their country, and their voices are not heard. They are even forbidden from criticizing the government’s decisions. One of the main reasons why democracy is preferred is that people’s voices are heard, and their opinions are valued. It isn’t to say that democracy is perfect because even it has its flaws in it.
