Glow: The Microsoft Sway uploaded was very creative and organized. It was also very detailed as it had the results of every question from the survey. The results were graphically organized as well. The questions were insightful, too. There was also a lot of emphasis in this speaker's voice during their presentation.

Grow: The video presentation only had still images. I think a visual medium could have been presented; the results of the survey were not in the video, too. The commentary was very insightful but it could have been supplemented with visual content.

Glow: The infographic provided was very detailed. It provided a lot of insight into what this individual learned from the course and how they characterize themselves. The section of the infographic regarding volunteering for dog rescues was very insightful. The infographic showed that one can not find comfort in taking risks but still be innovative and creative. There was great tone of voice in the presentation.

Grow: The infographic had too many words within each section and the text boxes felt a bit crowded. I believe this could have been spaced out more. The infographic could have also used more visuals.

Glow: The visual media was very well-structured and visually appealing. It was very insightful and it provided a lot of information from the survey that was conducted. It was very interesting to hear that many peers believed creativity should be encouraged in the classroom. I learned that some people see themselves as creative but not innovative.

Grow: There could have been more text and commentary in the visual medium as it was mostly screenshots.

Glow: The visual medium was structured well and very organized. There was a lot of insightful information and reflection upon experiences. The results of the survey were informative as well. The images provided in the Microsoft Sway aligned well with the content they were representing.

Grow: There could have been a stronger tone of voice when presenting. Other than that, the bullet points were expanded upon very efficiently.

Glow: The presentation was very creative and well-structured. The background is very colorful and the text is very informative. There are plenty of images to supplement the presentation as well. This presentation provided a lot of insight into the innovative journey of this individual.

Grow: I believe there could have been more strength and fluctuation in tone when speaking. The images on the slides were creative but I believe they could have been positioned in a more structured manner.

Glow: The presentation was visually appealing and had plenty of supplemental images. There was a lot of insightful text in the slides; the material is very informative and provides reflections of the speaker. The speaker had good fluctuations in tone and emphasis while speaking.

Grow: I believe the slides could have been more organized in terms of the size and orientation of the text. The presentation was somewhat short compared to the others as well. Some slides had very few text as well.
