         <description><![CDATA[<div>Dear Sir or Madam,<br>I am writing to you to complain about a meal my friends and I had in your restaurant. We ate there on the 19th of July. We are concerned of a number of issues during this meal.<br>First, your waiters and waitresses apparently ignored us. We had a bad time waiting so long for the menu and the bill.<br>Secondly, one of the dishes, the beef, was corrupted. Though it was extremely salty and spicy, I could still sense a stinky smell. This dish later hospitalised all of us because of severe stomachaches.<br>Worst of al, all your dishes were much more expensive than their usual prices. On the menu, we saw the price of the dumplings was only $2, but your staff member charged us $4 on the bill.<br>I trust that you will seriously consider our complaint and give us a reasonable explanation. In addition, you must repay the money $500, including the amount we have spent on the medical services ant the loss of salary as a result of illness.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Dear Madam or Sir,<br>I am writing to complain about the meal which i had on Tuesday May 9th at Black Duck in Green Street. I am sorry to say that the dinner did not live up to my expectations.<br>I was served the food and after eating a portion of it, i found a small insect in the pasta. I immediately brought this to the notice of the steward on duty who we could see and speak to the manager. In spite of all this, i waited for another 50 minutes and still no one came to my table either to remove the dishes or to speak to me about what happening. In the end manager came and handed me a bill for the rest of<br>the amount.<br>Your restaurant is one of the premier destinations in the city, and the incident on Tuesday has shown poorly on your staff.          <description><![CDATA[<div><br>I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your restaurant on May 5th. I visited with a group of four friends and we were looking forward to enjoying a meal at your establishment, but unfortunately our experience fell short of our expectations.<br><br></div><div><br>The main issue we had was with the service provided by our waiter. He was unresponsive to our requests and seemed to be rushing through our meal, leaving us feeling neglected and undervalued as customers. Additionally, our food was served cold and the presentation was lacking, which was disappointing considering the prices of the dishes.<br><br></div><div><br>We tried to address these issues with the waiter, but he did not seem to be interested in listening to our concerns or taking action to address them. This was extremely frustrating and left us with a negative impression of the restaurant.<br><br></div><div><br>As a regular customer of your establishment, I believe it's important to provide feedback on the service we receive.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Dear sir or madam,</div><div>I am writing to complain about the service I’ve encountered on 4th Tuesday at Amways’ store. I’m sorry to say that the service was completely terrible.</div><div><br></div><div>First of all, I went there with my little sister, it took 1 hour to came to that store, the reason is that there aren’t any other locations in our city. Besides, there was huge queue. I bought&nbsp; 2 dishwasher detergent, for washing dishes at home.</div><div><br></div><div>Secondly, we were waiting in the queue for a 40 minutes, because out of 5 cash registers only 2 were working. And the faces of cashiers was like we bothering them from their rest. So, after waiting for 40 minutes, we finally got near to the cashier. We had a card that shows our subscription to the store, and you could only buy the product if you subscribed. Our level in this card was up till VIP. Then&nbsp; the cashier said that only adults can buy goods. I wasn’t in that mood to be against. So I said okay, but then one woman said “I can help you, just send money to my card and I will buy goods”. Then I agreed and sent money to her. But, the cashier began to be against and rude. And said that we can't buy goods like that. Although she just sold the goods to one woman in this way. Then I was angry and asked to speak with their manager. And we waited for 10 mins. Then I explained to the manager cashiers’ action and demanded an apology and sell me the goods. She was also irritated, but I was close to file a complaint against them. Then, she sold me the goods, without any apologies.</div><div><br></div><div>So, I think that if all types of payment and service were thought out, everything would be fine.
