I feel like taking the time to give the providers proper notice prior to sending out and introducing the LOA's would've helped. That could've given providers adequate time to really think and analyze how joining the network would be beneficial to them. I also think a thorough analysis of provider demographics would've helped too. That could've helped cut down on pursuing providers that are no longer practicing or part of larger groups that were being pursued.
