I wouldn't think technology is a prerequisite for UDL, but I def think it should be part of the process and offered as a choice for enhancing learning

ELL would certainly benefit from using strengths they already have to grow and learn in the UDL approach.

UDL must support teaching to the standards or we wouldn't be implementing it
