I'll use the framework when developing CPD and building coaching/mentoring strategies for colleagues. For many they'll need to know how it helps them progress, or justify, their role. To do this in most HEIs it will need to connect back to their promotions/appraisals criteria.

I'd really love a case study in due course of this being used in the business case to extend/make permanent/move to core funding a particular role.

I will also personally use these as prompts for reflecting on my own development, which as a freelancer is helpful because it provides a context for my experience and a way to make it make sense to others.

2. Partnership analysis - what's the state of play currently/ reflection tool

3. Relationship management - KE / business engagement - used to highlight importance/benefit of the relationship beyond financial

4. CPD - places of development, clear actions about where to go next - connect to further resources/opportunities/training to fill in gaps/blind spots

5. Join the tool up with other similar tools / reflected across the industry

6. Self reflection tool - should 'modelling' come from senior leadership, how far should we go?
