Brexit occurred when the United Kingdom left the European Union on January 31st, 2020. The main reason people wanted to leave was "the principle that decisions about the UK should be taken in the UK".
2. This was a political and social response to globalization. The reason why I say that is because it was decided by the people but it was political.
3. This was an anti-globalization response because they left the European Union which wanted to connect all the European countries together. But the United Kingdom did not like the effects of the Union so they split.
