         <description><![CDATA[<div>Kids were too lazy with vocabulary cards. Reading maps are hard for them because they involve text dependent questions that are not just fill in the blank. So because they have to think they freak out and ask for help on something that should be self directed.<br><br>CERs are great, some students are still having problems giving proper evidences.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Before reading a text on the advancement of agriculture from, I posted a set of images relating to the texts (hunter gatherer paintings, old farms, etc) and had students to predict what the text would be talking about. It worked fairly well, however it was difficult to keep students engaged. </div>]]></description>
