         <description><![CDATA[<div>Due to the current and future nursing shortage, one of the solutions that healthcare industries are seriously looking into is the development and improvement of the use of robots to help clinicians in providing care to patients in the hospitals, nursing homes, and outpatient settings.  One of the current innovations is the development of a Robotic Nurse Assistant, which helps nurses in lifting patients, walking patients and performing other value-added tasks in taking care of their patients. Robotic Nurse Assistants are very promising in helping to solve nursing staffing shortage, enabling nurses to give their patients more quality time, adding quality to patient experience, increasing patient safety and satisfaction, and providing clinician staffing satisfaction and employee retention.  Nurse Assistant Robots offer a win-win for the healthcare system.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>In my opinion, the development of a Robotic Nurse Assistant is genuinely one of the smartest and most practical current innovations in the health care system. Because we are currently facing a shortage of health care providers, especially nurses, adding Robotic Nurse Assistants is an ingenious solution in helping nurses to provide care to their patients. It will enable the nurses to have more quality time with their patients, decrease nurse's workload by having the Robotic Nurse Assistant do value-added tasks and other prefunctory tasks. It will also increase nurse satisfaction and will lessen workplace injury from lifting heavy patients. It will enhance patient safety by decreasing patient falls and will increase patient satisfaction by having the nurses more time to have quality nurse-patient interaction. On the other hand, Robotic Nurse Assistants are entirely programmed which means that they cannot improve the results of their jobs outside of their predefined programming which makes their roles limited. There is also a concern of future unemployment because humans are being replaced by robots. While the advantages of developing the Robotic Nurse Assistant is very promising, there are also some concerns that we must take into consideration.&nbsp; The bottom line is, the benefits outweigh the risks.</div>]]></description>
