America for one got rid of slavery and slaves were freed and made equal in the eyes of the constitution. It made everything now in the present time possible. The freedman's bureau was made and freed slaves were helped. Reconstruction was a success on America and it worked.&nbsp;</em></strong></div>]]></description>
