         <description><![CDATA[<div>I chose this picture because i believe it truly depicts the need for plants and the environment as a whole. as cities start to grow bigger and bigger we needed to find a way to be sustainable within these cities. rooftop gardens are a great way for nature to co-habitate with humans and still be useful and good for the environment around us.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>i chose this animation because i feel it best represents the photosynthesis cycle. the animation shows that when a plant is undergoing photosynthesis it is taking in water (H2O), Sunlight (UV), and Carbon Dioxide (CO2) while pushing out Oxygen (O2). this is great for people and the environment as a whole and this animation easily explains and shows that.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><em>Tsuga</em>, hemlock - also none to many as a pinecone is off of a tree known as the Cupressaceae and Pinaceae confer trees. these are two types of trees native to Georgia and more specifically to northern Georgia. these trees like many in Georgia produce pine cones which are a type of gymnosperm.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>i chose this picture because one of the biggest issues in the world today is global warming and the threat to the tundra Biome. when we release CO2 and many other terrible gases it causes rising temperatures and loss of ice caps in the Tundra. as the ice caps continue to melt it causes a rise in sea level which them begins to threaten civilization as we know it.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Tractors were an innovation marvel. when the first tractors were introduced they helped farmers fast tract farming and produces crops in masses and better quality. as the times went on and tractors became better they started to learn and create inventions  that they could attach to the tractors to help farmers produce higher yields with mechanical "horse" power.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Botulinum Toxin is a spore mostly found on plants that is known as a miracle poison. if you come into contact with it. it will kill you. fast and quietly . there is no cure to botulinum toxin and i would say is considered one of the deadliest chemicals found in plants.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>the world as we know it can be a very different place in the future if we do not control agriculture. if we continue on the path we are on using the chemicals and practices we are it can cause a major lapse and catastrophic failure to our agriculture. the picture i chose shows a field completely destroyed and i believe if we continue the way we are this could be our future. complete failure and famine is in the future if we do not find a sustainable way to continue crop growth without the harmful effects.</div>]]></description>
