What are some of the skills you need to excel in, to be successful in your future career?<br> Ans:- <br>Communication :- Having good communication skills will boost your performance<br>because they can be helpful for you in your work and life. The ability to communicate effectively with superiors, colleagues, and staff is essential,<br>no matter what industry you work in.<br> <br>  Teamwork:- A company’s success is rarely dependent on one person doing something all by him/herself. Success is the result of many people working toward a common goal.<br> <br>   Problem solving:- Problems are at the center of what many people do at work every day. Whether you're solving a problem for a client (internal or external),<br>supporting those who are solving problems, or discovering new problems to<br>solve, the problems you face can be large or small, simple or complex, and easy<br>or difficult.<br> <br>  Leadership:- Even if you don’t currently have a title that implies you’re a leader, that doesn’t mean you’re not! It is important to have confidence in what you do at<br>work. Have a clear vision and use your great communications skills to<br>positively influence your co-workers to get on board with your good ideas.<br> <br> ETHICS AND INTEGRITY:- Integrity and well-founded moral values should be highly-respected in the work place. Even though many scandals appear  here and there, it is essential for employees to maintain their values and integrity at all costs.<br> <br>  COMPUTER AND ELECTRONICS SKILLS:- Almost all jobs nowadays require some basic understanding of computers and electronics in general. As we the times goes everything might becoming electronic so its an important skill.<br><br></div><div>Critical thinking:- Critical thinking is clearly self-directed and self-disciplined, so you will need to be able to think for yourself in a realistic and meaningful way. This generation is going to need to go beyond taking notes and remembering information for important exams.<br><br></div><div>Cultural understand:- A deeper cultural understanding can lead to more positive interactions, better collaboration, and truly diverse conversations. Having a good understand about the culture and about the working place.<br><br></div><div>Adaptability:- Adaptability skills are skill sets that encompass a person's ability to adjust to changes in their environment. Being adaptable in your career can mean you are able to respond quickly to changing ideas, responsibilities, expectations, trends, strategies and other processes at work.<br><br>2. What emerging computer and information technologies are interesting to you?  How can they be applied to the workplace?<br> Ans:- Virtual<br>reality(VR) is one of the recent technology that seems to interest me.I also<br>often think how amazing it is to feel like we are really walking through a<br>forest when we are actually walking around in our house just by wearing a small<br>gadget. Virtual Reality is particularly well known for its impact on the gaming and entertainment industry, with consoles and handhelds adapting to allow users to experience a whole new realistic experience. Over the years, VR has evolved and is now immersed within the workplace and shifting into more and more business applications. <br> VR is going to be a great use in educational as well as organisational field.<br> Virtual reality has<br>been a popular component of video games for several years and this trend is<br>continuing to expand. In addition to video games, <br> VR is likely to affect companies across the board as they adopt the technology to help them engage customers more effectively and optimize their sales and marketing efforts. <br> It’s also a potentially useful tool for learning and is increasingly being adopted by<br>educational organizations.<br><br></div><div>Companies can utilize VR to interview and hire employees at the same time, reducing cost and time. Further to this, VR can also provide candidates with the option to take a virtual tour of the office to gain an understanding of where they could be working without having to travel in. <br> <br> <br><br></div><div><br><br></div>]]></description>
