         <description><![CDATA[<div>Article 1 shows us that overall due to the fact that professionals can look at what the learner knows and what is learned by them we can link language to behaviour as we can use what the child knows to determine behaviour problems and understand the child better and that language is a set of instructions gained through experience means that depending on a child's religion or belief and language barriers means that they may behave a certain way and not learn the essential formations of language. <br>Article 2 states that in 1995 women often finished education and employment in order to support there family. <br>For many women this is a cultural issue through pressures in their culture and family therefore woman do not experience the training and support in order to gain more literacy and numeracy skills they require for employment and everyday life. </div>]]></description>
