The kind of team member I want to be is incredibly similar to how Paul's goals are described. I want to continuously work on my ability to work side-by-side with other members of the groups and teams I find myself in. I feel a great sense of satisfaction when jobs are done well (as appraised by others), so knowing Paul and his team were responsible for creating something valuable people can make great use of going forward is the kind of satisfaction I seek out whenever I work in a group.

Due to Dave's own career goals, he has minimal involvement in the group. By not participating, other members are forced to carry more of the load, which can result in resentment or frustration among them. The lack of participation in the group for summary purposes might also have a negative effect on the morale and collaboration of the group.

Dave: Dave only really wants to be on the team to put it on his resume so he participates as little as possible. This can make the other people in the group feel like there doing all the work making it so that they don't like Dave. He is bringing in negativity witch is not great for group dynamic.

Paul: Paul has a big focus of getting to know the group and group togetherness. He is also very proud and satisfied with what the group has done when it gets done witch the group most likely sees. he is creating a work environment that makes people feel accomplish witch is great for group moral, making a good group dynamic.

Amit: Amit has a big focus on successful people and how there are so many in his group. Wile he did create bonds with his team, having such a big focus on being the best can make group members feel inadequate if they are not "up to par".

Robert: Robert has an attraction to Dulce and they are the only reason he joined the group. Because of his lack on interest in the cause he might cause the other members of his group to get frustrated causing the dynamic of the group to shift from wanting to help people to just wanting to get the work done because some people are not as passionate as others.

I chose to reflect on Dave. Dave is so focused on his individual career which affects the way the group communicates. Because of this, The group had decided to "kick" Dave out of the group resulting in him being happy. The problem here is group work is suppose to be an easy way for everyone to get along and communicate. dave had no interest in working with other team members to get the job done and in result will probably not receive good feedback. This will cause problems for dave in the future because People who may of heard how he treated his past group will not want to work with him. One thing he will have to work on is participation, because now his group feels angry that he "dumped" his work load onto them without any notice.

After reading the case study of Dave I can say that this is the example of a group member who is only part of that group for his individual goal. As a result he only focuses on his career goal. Doesn't participates as a team member. Other group members are frustrated and they think they have extra load of work . They want to kick out Dave . I can say that if there is even one person who is not cooperating and collaborating fairly, can be a reason of resentment and frustration among the group and the performance of the group would affected adversely.

I choose the case study of Dave who is self centered for his personal goals. In other words he is a part of a group but not a good member of the team which brings frustration and resentment in the group members. Rest of the group members feel that they are forced to carry more of work load because of Dave's less participation and contribution and they want to kick Dave out of the Team. Dave is too focused on his career and individual goals that he has ignored the final goals of the team. Team works with collaboration, cooperation and participation which eventually effects the performance of the team. His behavior brings negativity and frustration in the group members towards him.

While Dave is someone you don't want to be, and Paul is someone that you do wanna be like i want to talk a bit about Robert because I feel like in a way we are all like Robert. Roberts' only reason he joined the group was for his attraction to Dulce. He has his own set of goals that wants to achieve which differs from the group's actual goals. He doesn't have any interest in the group, making the group have to do more work as he is not putting his best foot forward. This can cause frustration and resentment towards Robert. Like Dave, he too has his own personal goals he wants to achieve but what if these goals don't go his way, then what? What if she rejects him? That is going to drastically affect the group. I feel like we all bring something to the table when working on group projects, one of them should not be your personal life.

After reading , I think that each member of a group has different ideas and expectations, each person is different and everyone should be respected. In this case, I think that Dave is only interested in his personal projects and this is not going to be positive for the group, because when working in a group, we have to work with a goal and work together to achieve it.

I also think that Robert should focus on himself and do things for himself and for his interests.

In some way, reflect on PAUL because when a group process is carried out in an organized way, the results are good and I like to value everyone's contributions. I take each experience as an opportunity to learn and relate in a positive way with the other members.

I chose to reflect on the case study of Paul. Paul is very dedicated to maintaining trails, and is satisfied by the work that he does. When people like Paul are involved in a team setting, their cheerful and dedicated attitude reflects onto the other team members, which boosts their morale and then makes them contribute even more. Just Paul's enthusiasm alone is very helpful to the overall productivity of the team. In all essence, Paul's individual goal has a positive effect on his group members and those who will walk the trails in the future.
