         <description><![CDATA[<div>Lavender is a herb with narrow leaves, that has small purple flowers. It can also be classed in the mint family because they are hardy and don't like too much water. Lavender is best know for it's fragrance. Smelling lavender is thought to get rid of dizziness and women in labor traditionally have lavender with, or around them as they say it gives them courage and strength. If lavender oil taken in high doses in teas or the things than it can be highly toxic to kidneys and livers.</div>]]></description>

If you are cooking with Lavender than make sure you get the Culinary Lavender as Lavender is used in many different ways and even though you probably won't die from eating the other lavender types its best to use the proper stuff.<br><br>. When cooking with Lavender make sure to pair it with other assertive foods like a lemon because otherwise the lavender will be a little overpowering.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>To watch the harvest for large groups of Lavender please go to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IDkXXWi0d0I   or if you would like to know how to harvest a small group of lavender by hand just keep scrolling down.<br>Thanks<br><br>The process to a hand picked Lavender harvest is,<br>1. Wait until your lavender buds have appeared and flowered.<br>2.  Gather a handful of lavender, and using a pair of bypass pruners cut the stem halfway between the ground and the buds and repeat this step until the whole plant has been harvested.<br>3. Tie small bundles of lavender together with twine or string and put it into a basket or something else to carry them, do this until you have no more lavender stalks left.<br>4. To dry the lavender, all you need to do is tie it in a dark, cool room, upside down for 2 - 4 weeks.<br><br></div>]]></description>
