I love my granddaughter.

She is full of light and joy.

She is a true blessing.

so much to do, so much to see.

people to speak to and places to be.

how can you manage it all? they ask me.

what can I say? I want it all to be perfect, down to a tee.

maybe I should stop, I keep forgetting where I'm at, but I know all of my tasks need to be handed in- STAT!

this might be just me complaining, but I like doing a task or a chore,

it means that my life won't be such a bore.

even in summer, if I don't learn and grow,

I will wither and die- boredom really is my greatest foe.

so life is good when I'm busy,

and I just need to keep smiling and not go into a tizzy.

Two sides are fighting, no one will fold.

I'm not afraid, God is on our side

we"ll win no matter how big is their pride.

the eternity nation is bold.

Kids are at home for the Summer

For some this can be a bummer

Some days in the pool

but no days in school

I hope they don't get a lot dumber

When everything goes wrong

Keep thinking in logic

It's the only way to create magic!!

Summer courses.

Summer fun distracts,

Students struggle to study,

Thoughts of joy remain.

I once was a student, now I'm a teacher.

"But you are still studying", said my sister.

"Well, I can be both", I wanted to whisper,

"Won't my life be richer"?

Who dreamed of a big, fancy hat,

With feathers so bright,

It glowed in the night,

And made all the mice stop to chat.

E very day is an adventure

V ery enthusiastic but

O bviously tired

R eally want to sleep

A lways happy to sleep

H owever, I don't want to miss out on life

WINTER

White is all I can see 

Icy breath with hot drinks

Nights are long and cozy 

Trees wear white clothes

Every footstep leaves a sign

Reminding us that winter’s here once again.

A place that feels like home

N o one can create it but you

T here's no need to be true

A place where everything’s possible
