<title>Definition: Drafting is the focus of drafting is to get an ideas down on paper. At this stage the student should not worry about fixing spelling, punctuation, grammar, and other errors because the main focus at this time is writing rough drafts and crafting leads. Personal Experience: Recently, when I was applying to NCSU I had to write an essay to admission panel. It passed about a decade since I wrote my last essay, which made me very worried. I started writing a rough draft. I kept in mind who is my audience while I was organizing my thoughts and ideas.Children observation: In the third-grade classroom, the teacher asked students to read the scholastic news from a brochure and write in journals their thoughts about the event. I liked how many students started retelling the story by using a variety of techniques. Some of them added dialogue, listed facts and described a problem.</title>

<title>Definition: Publishing is a final step of writing where the writer presents the work to the appropriate audience. This is the most motivational stage because students usually like to share their work with others. Personal Experience: After editing my essay, I had read it to my friend. She was my audience and she told me that it is a well-written essay. Children Observation: The students who finished all the stages of writing had extra time to draw the picture to the story. They were excited to show their pictures to the class. </title>
