Greater leeway for neurodivergent students on library book fines (the whole process of going to the library can be a lot in terms of executive functioning)

Do something about the lighting!!!! Honestly, it's awful in most lecture rooms. 

Make it acceptable to move around in lectures (with the understanding that there are others and so can't be too disruptive)

Get better at timetables - the late release is just anxiety inducing.
