Someone else who suffers when someone is murdered is the person who is the victim because their whole town can turn their backs against the person and not give them justice because in the story it states “del clement died 2009 so if Trena was right he really did do it his own town protected him for 28 years” that concludes that the victim was done wrong and his whole community didn’t do anything to help him.

I think the people that are hasty affected when a crime is committed is victim,victims family and friends.

He suffers because of distance and no connection with him although they seem they are doing well know it might not always be this way.
