Loneliness is a state of negativity everyone will presumably experience at some point in their lives. It can be felt regardless of cultural, economic or
religious background. It involves the individual's perspective, the people they surround themselves with and their self image.

Yes it is. We are all people and something that makes us all the same is our emotions. Maybe we speak different languages, maybe we act differently but pain, happiness, loneliness is all relative. Loneliness will always be the same wherever you are people just act upon it differently.

Loneliness is something that can occur in any culture, however, i believe that there are multitudinous reasons and different stages/levels of loneliness in different cultures (also depending on how the culture affects the individual)

not necessarily exactly the same but everyone around the world has pretty similar notions of loneliness. A state of isolation and unwantedness that comes about due to society's views.
