    • After talking to Ms.Mann about the budget, we found it it was up to us to determine the cost of the food and then plan the ticket price for that. Keeping that in mind, we went forward and, using Susanna's pics for inspiration, created our first menu. 

    Appetizer:
    Mandarin orange, with other fruits salad with a balsamic vinegar dressing 

    Main:
    Glazed chicken with a side of vegetables and roasted garlic potatoes 

    Dessert:
    Caramel cheesecake

From here all we needed to do was shape up the plan that we already had in mind and make it a reality.

    With the feedback from Chef Dale to make the menu more elaborate, we created a new menu with more specific ingredients and then sent it to Ms.Mann

    Crusted chicken (sweet tones) with an aioli sauce, or a stuffed chicken breast with cheese and broccoli (maybe Emmental) 
    Hollandaise/cheese sauce for asparagus, broccoli (some kind of veggies, at chef dale's discretion)
