Blooket is a gamified learning platform which allows you to insert your own questions (or choose from their question bank) on a variety of topics. Then, you can choose between different game modes so your students can compete against eachother (or not) while practicing their knowledge. I actually used this website during my high school french class and it was so fun and engaging!

Minecraft education

Minecraft education is game-based learning which uses the existing platform of minecraft. Each lesson is a different minecraft world that students can explore, whether it be the women’s suffrage movement or a periodic table element scavenger hunt. Most children are already comfortable with the minecraft platform so it is easy to integrate and learn for them.

Google classroom

Google classroom is a resource to communicate with families, perform assessments, post assignments, and more. I think this resource would be a great addition to my classroom because it's kind of a catch all for many different purposes. If I were to use Google Classroom, I could use it for many different aspects of my classroom and avoid the annoyance and complexity of students having many different logins to various websites.

Nearpod

Nearpod is a resource which allows you to increase your students participation using interactive quizzes, polls, and video. I think this could be a good resource to use occasionally when students seem disconnected or bored with the lesson. Using nearpods features, we can promote active learning and participation during lessons
