He was born on august 16th, 1815 in Becchi, Italy and passed away on the 31st of January in 1888. Throughout his life, he reached out to many people. He got some inspiration from his mother who raised him independently along with two of his brothers. Johns mother had always educated John and his brothers on how work is a privileged.

Later a priest and church worker walked past the bruised man but ignored his pain. Then a good samartin came by and found the  poor man and took care of him. This story can relate so much to John Don Bosco as he always took the pitty an helped many people in particular young children. 

From a young age, his town undoubtedly knew him as the boy who dozed though and helped many through his way. Whist even at a young age John had always worked. He would often help our people during his way to work. Through urged he would answer, " while i have time, i must work". This says that you must always put your heart, soul and effort into everything you do devoted to the lord.
