Looking back now at when we started working together it really has been a journey - much less an evolution but more like a revolution!

Over 18 months your creative eye created comms that was unrivalled across the organisation, and you leave now having established yourself as the face of Data.ON Connect, pushing and setting higher benchmarks for what we as a unit deliver.

What I have to thank you the most for is your determination, resilience and flexibility to everything we have done in our time working together. 'Talent is a wonderful thing, but it doesn't carry a quitter' - and you made sure to pair your innate strengths with this work ethic to develop yourself professionally and technically.

I'll miss working with you because of how much fun we had, but I'm excited about where your career will take you -starting with Berlin.

For sure we will stay in touch, and definitely meet again, wherever it is.

The interview was a lot of fun, even though I tried to corner you at some point to see your reactions - and I saw futuristic, open-minded, hard-working person with own strong convitions. I hired you because of your attitude and your strong convictions by the way :-)

I love your adaptability always being flexible to changing demands and gracious with me changing priorities. 

I love your futuristic mind-set moving our commes jointly with James to the next level.

I love your relationship strengths, building solid relationships with the entire team.

To be honest, I was quite sad when I assigned you to James as this meant we dont have any touch points anymore and our relationship would stagnate - but that is what leadership is "I had to let go" only hoping that you and James would become the dream team that you actually became. Keep your strong team-orientation!

Sorry for being so far away from you and very pushi in the last year (regarding comms)! I will greatly miss you,
