         <description><![CDATA[<div>Pages end of 35-36<br><br>Dealing with Nerves and Distractions:<br><br>Use your nerves as an aid . If your feeling nervous shake your arms and hands. Think positive and believe your prepared fro the test. Don't worry about things going on around you. Focus on your test only. Push away bad thoughts as soon as they enter your mind.<br><br>Taking the test again:<br>Another way to settle your nerves is knowing you can take the test again. Most students who take it a  second time score higher than the first. Use time in between the tests to study the things yo struggled with.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Pages 31,32,33<br>By taking the PSAT and doing practice problems on khan academy, collegeboard, etc will definitely prepare you for the SAT due to the fact that the questions are almost identical, the only difference is that the PSAT is shorter than the real test. If you choose not to take these resources to full advantage you are not going to do too good on the SAT since you are not used to doing the problems on the test since the information can be from years back. <br><br>Before taking the SAT, you should work out a week or a couple weeks in advance and learn find time to relax your body. The day of the test eat something healthy rather than sugary and carb filled foods that won't help you focus. The healthier breakfast you eat the more focused you will be.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>page 37<br><br>Chapter 3 Recap:<br>- The best practice for the SAT involves studying hard for acquiring knowledge of reading, writing, language, and math skills. Take advantage of the sample tests provided by Khan academy  to know your strengths and weaknesses.<br>- Understand test directions to get familiar for the SAT itself. Learn to be comfortable with the format to save you time. <br>-As testing day approaches, be sure to stay as healthy as possible with plenty of rest.<br>-Avoid problems on test day by being aware of your test site and what to bring/ not to bring.<br>-Practice a range of test strategies to know what does or doesn't work for you.<br>-Be positive on test day, just know if you're not happy with your score, you can take the test again<br><br><br></div>]]></description>
