firstly, in a large Caldero or rice pot, brown the longaniza (no oil needed) on high heat. Once the sausage has browned, remove from the pot and transfer to a plate.

Secondly, discard some of the oil from the pot and leave about a tablespoon. Add the diced onion, sofrito, (or see note) chicken bouillon, and tomato paste. Stir until the chicken bouillon has mostly dissolved and the tomato paste is well incorporated.

Subsequently, Add the drained rice to the mixture, stir. And some salt.

Moreover, Pour the water into the rice, stir again, and bring it to a boil. When most of the water has evaporated, lower the heat and cover with an airtight lid. Let the rice simmer for about 12 to 15 minutes.                                                                 
Finally, uncover the rice, add the cooked longaniza and olives, turn once, and cover again for another 5 minutes.

Entré en el entorno de aprendizaje e hice lectura de todas las actividades propuestas en el módulo 1,2,3 y 4, sin embargo, no resolví los ejercicios, solo seleccioné y resolví 3 ejercicios de comprensión auditiva y de lectura en cada uno de los módulos de estudios como lo indicaba en el paso 1 de este trabajo.

¿Qué aprendí de esta tarea?
De esta tarea aprendí la conjugación de una acción en diferentes tiempos verbales, a expresar o describir qué tan seguido se realiza una acción (adverbios de frecuencia) y a identificar los sustantivos que podemos contar o enumerar y los que no. 

 
¿Es importante lo que estoy aprendiendo? ¿por qué? 

Considero que todos los aprendizajes en este trabajo han sido de mucha importancia para el mejoramiento de las competencias en ingles para mi crecimiento personal y profesional.

La adquisición de estos aprendizajes o competencias en inglés, me va a permitir incrementar el número de personas con las que puedo comunicarme o interactuar en el mundo. Además, tener la oportunidad de viajar a muchos lugares del mundo y por supuesto conseguir un mejor puesto laboral.
