         <description><![CDATA[<p>1.The mental load is almost borne by women.</p><p>2. Shows how both women and men act in relation to their gender roles and how they expect the</p><p>other to act.</p><p>3. The mental load can be exhausting and permanent.</p><p>4. The texts shows how this gender role ideology has been implemented by many families for years.</p><p>5. The texts shows an example of what a family is like that lives under these gender roles that were</p><p>implemented in our society.</p><p>6. There is a study that shows that women who spend more time at home are more likely to be more</p><p>attentive to child care.</p><p>7. This study was verified in places like Poland and the United States.</p><p>8. Many mothers experience something called "the third shift" which involves caring for all of their</p><p>loved ones.</p><p>9. The "third shift" has generated high levels of stress due to the responsibility it entails.</p><p>10. Many studies have shown that dividing up household chores can lead to a better relationship</p><p>between a couple and make their children perform better.</p>]]></description>
