When having chickenpox there is not a lot of treatments, you have to let it run its course, what you can do is not itch your blisters. Itching can pop the blisters resulting in them spreading the disease and taking longer for you to heal. Another treatment is to take a bath with uncooked oatmeal which helps soothe the skin and reduce the itchiness minimizing you scratching the blisters.
