Biology it is. To be honest, my initial thought on this topic was that it was easy. Since this was "just" the digestive system. But I thought wrong! 

We went by talking about the organs found in the digestive system and as the discussion went on, the depth of knowledge increased. 

Overall, I think this was a pretty great start for 4th Quarter! The topic was honestly not for me. I didn't quite enjoy it, I just felt neutral about it. Now this was a topic that was interesting. I learned about the Father of Genetics which was Mendel and his experiments on pea plants. Moreover, the beliefs about genetics was also talked about. 

This was a great topic and I enjoyed doing the Learning Packet! Especially the baby alien task. We had some quick recap, watching a video about biodiversity basically. Then we talked about how animals are grouped and what are the factors in getting placed into kingdoms. 

I was pretty tired and couldn't focus that much. Let's just say that there were a lot of yawns. It fills me with joy that I am finally able to rest once again. Who said online classes aren't tiring? It is! There was definitely more work load today than it was during F2F and the fact that it would have been more fun to do these activities in person with our classmates. I'm just so thankful that I managed to survive this school year. 

Science has been a part of my life even before. It's so fascinating that almost everything in this world can be explained by science. It makes me eager to learn as I am a curious person and often found wondering the mysteries of the world. I would like to personally thank our teacher, Ma'am Genel who persevered to teach us despite the many difficulties. 

It pains me to realize I have never met you in person. Seeing how passionate you are in teaching Science, I'm sure that your classes will be ten time better in face to face. I hope to see you soon. Thank you, Ma'am!
