West Nile Virus was first discovered&nbsp; in a woman in&nbsp; Uganda in 1937 and has since outbreaks in Romania and Algeria in the 1990's, and was first introduced to the United States in 1999<br>How?          <description><![CDATA[<div>WNV is a neurotropic virus that can cause neurological disease and death in people.
