         <description><![CDATA[<p>Wi-Fi is a system for sending data over computer networks that uses radio waves. </p><p>Wi-Fi signals will usually reach about 150 feet or over 45 meters for a 2.4Ghz frequency.</p><p>There are two types of devices to interconnect Wi-Fi elements.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Wi-Fi routers</strong> receive the signal from the line provided by the telephone cornpany and distribute it to the Wi-Fi receiver devices within their reach.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Wireless access points (WAP)</strong> act as remote transmitters: they are used in locations that the router's Wi-Fi signal cannot reach.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>]]></description>
