First Love

Jesus calls out to the disciples, "Come, follow me, and I will make you fishers of men".

Just as Jesus met and journeyed with people in Galilee, we are also called to walk with one another in faith. Being each other’s Galilee means embracing the privilege of carrying each other’s burdens, just as Christ carries ours. ✨

ang topic about Love kasi yung ang gusto marinig ng mga Single.. hahaha! 3 different love. family, others or relationship or self tapos kay God. tapos we wil hear testimonies ng mga SFC who are in a relationship na in SFC and dun sa mga nag decide for other vocation. syempre yung kwento din on waiting and trusting God sa process ng pag aantay. siguro on the session the speaker will emphasize different aspect of life ng isang SFC, love language, discernment sa life like career, vocation and all. its nice to point out yung journey ng sfc but always together with Christ.

eto yung verse. medyo mahaba sya pero if you look on to it, Jesus as the disciples and also instruct them what to do.

cause if we want to go back to "the One" His greatest command is for us to love. and if we truly love God, our response should be to follow.

Just realized that HEAT 2025 falls on the 3rd Easter Weekend. What a way to celebrate it with the joyful Easter People!

These walls of encounters and manifestations reminded me of our longing to be connected. I have been in the community for so long, SFC felt like a familiar place to go to, but somehow, it feels distant to be here. Reading the stories reminded me again that it is not to be happy, but to love that we seek; it is not to have power, but to belong is what our souls long for. :)

Also brings me back to the Walk to Emmaus on an Easter Sunday; how Easter People needs company in the journey to recognize Jesus. Bukod sa walang misyonaryong malungkot, wala ring misyonaryon mag-isa.

I look forward to a HEAT where no soul feels alone in his/her journey.

Reading the walls made me realize we're not starting from scratch on this journey. We may have fallen along the way, multiple times, but we all have Jesus encounters personal to us. HEAT 2025 is a faith booster, a renewal, rekindling of love that has always been there. <3

Sana makita ko ang chapter namin na nag uumapaw ng members who are enthusiastic in participating sa ating mga activities at lalo na sa household 💛 I hope to see a chapter or a unit na nag foflourish because each one is happily sharing his or her blessings, time, and stories sa community.
